Handmade & Custom Creation Policy

Thank you for choosing a handmade creation from our studio.

Each squishy ball is individually handmade and customized, based on the colors, charms, fillings, and design choices selected by you. Because every piece is uniquely created for each customer, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selections, or personal preference after production has started.

We believe the beauty of handmade products comes from the fact that every creation is unique — no two pieces will ever be exactly the same.

No Returns or Refunds for Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom squishy ball orders are considered final sale.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind after ordering

  • Choosing the wrong color, charm, or design option

  • Differences between handmade creations and example photos

  • Minor variations caused by the handmade process

  • Personal preference regarding texture, appearance, or style

Small differences are a natural part of handmade craftsmanship and make each creation special.

Damaged or Defective Items

We want your handmade creation to arrive safely and beautifully.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or has a quality issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us quickly verify and resolve the issue, please provide:

  1. A clear unboxing video showing the package from the moment it is opened

  2. Photos or videos showing the damage or problem

  3. Your order number

  4. A description of the issue

The unboxing video is required because it helps us confirm whether the damage occurred during shipping and allows us to provide the fastest possible solution.

Claims without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Shipping Damage

If your package is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately.

After reviewing your photos and unboxing video, we may offer one of the following solutions:

  • A replacement handmade creation

  • A repair or remake of your custom design

  • Store credit

  • A refund in cases where a replacement is not possible

Order Changes & Cancellation

Because each order begins the handmade creation process shortly after purchase, changes or cancellations can only be accepted within 1 hour of placing your order.

After production begins, your order cannot be modified or canceled.
